Only if the Itsme verification fails, you will have to upload documents for the manual process.
Acceptable Identity Documents list:
▪️Belgian Identity card, Belgian Residence Permit, or Certificate of registration
Acceptable Proof of Address list issued within 3 months:
▪️Utility bills (Electricity, Water, Phone, Internet)
▪️Bank documents
▪️Other official government documents
To ensure that your documents meet our requirements, please note that they must be clearly captured, with all four corners visible, and current (not expired).
To upload your documents, please log in to My Account→Profile→Verification Process.
Please note that if the verification is not successfully completed, gaming activities will not be accessible.
