When requesting a withdrawal, you may be required to verify your payment method, by providing a supporting document. Below are the necessary documents for verification, based on each payment method:
Debit Card/Prepaid Card
- Holder's Name
- Expiration Date
- The first 6 and last 4 digits to be visible (It is suggested not to use a graphic editor)
Bank Book
- Holder's Name
- Bank Logo or Bank Name or SWIFT
- Full IBAN
Kindly note that screenshots from a banking app are also accepted, provided that all required details are clearly visible.
You can submit the requested documents via the Verification Process tab, which can be accessed by going to My Account → Profile → Verification Process.
To ensure your documents meet our requirements, please make sure they are clearly captured, with all four corners visible, and not expired. You will receive a notification from the relevant department once verified.
