Types of Player Protection Limits
1. Minimum Wagering Amount
The minimum wagering amount is the smallest sum a player can bet on any particular game. At Betano, this amount may vary depending on the game type:
- Slots & Table Games: Minimum bet ranges from €0.10 to €1.00, depending on the specific game and its features.
2. Deposit Limit
The deposit limit applies across all categories at once and can be set for the following periods:
- Daily (resets every 24 hours)
- Weekly (resets every 7 days)
- Monthly (resets every 30 days)
The limit is calculated based on the sum of all deposits made within the selected period from the time of the request. Limits reset automatically and are applied on a recurring basis.
3. Casino Loss Limit
The casino loss limit can be set for daily, weekly, and monthly net losses. It is calculated based on Casino Profit & Loss (P&L), using the following formula:
Net Loss = Total Bets & Deposits − Total Winnings
The selected period runs from the time of the request and covers:
- Daily (24 hours)
- Weekly (7 days)
- Monthly (30 days)
Limits reset automatically and are applied on a recurring basis.
