Reset your password
- On the login page, click “Forgot your password? Click here”
- Enter your registered mobile number, email address, or National number, along with your date of birth, to receive a one-time password (OTP) via SMS, email, or voice call.
- Follow the instructions to create a new password
- Once your password has been reset, try logging in again
